Sales Executive (Senior & Junior)

Responsibilities​

  1. Maintains good relationships with existing accounts and develops new business opportunities to establish new accounts.

  2. Strong passionate in sales and self-motivated to research for potential prospects, plan weekly forecasts, and connect with prospects by phone call, email, and meet up.

  3. Schedules meeting with existing customers/ new prospects to promote company name, products, and services.

  4. Communicates with customers/ prospects to understand their needs, tailor-makes solution based on their requirements, provides necessary support and resolves their pain point.

  5. Prepares sales presentation, quotation, invoice, and other documents to complete a sales service.

  6. Collaborates with stocks, accounts, and engineers to schedule for machine delivery, follow up customer satisfaction, and payment collection.

  7. Keeps management updated with activities, reviews, feedbacks, analysis, and results report by submitting daily call reports, weekly and monthly work strategic plans, and monthly and yearly territory analyses.

 

Job Requirements & Skills

  1. Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience in machinery. However, fresh grad who is keen on a sales position is welcome as well.

  2. Fluent in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate using Cantonese and Tamil will be an added advantage.

  3. Good in communication, presentation, problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.

  4. Responsible, independent, team player, and have a strong desire to earn a higher income.

  5. Willing to work and travel around Perak. Own transport is required.

Indoor Sales cum Telemarketing

Responsibilities

  1. Strong passionate in sales and self-motivated to research for potential prosects.

  2. Plan weekly forecast for potential prospects and manage daily work schedule to cold call and email them to promote company, products, and services.

  3. Assist prospect/customer on live chat to answer their curiosity.

  4. Communicates with prospects to understand their needs, identity their pain point and requirements, and suggest a solution to resolve their pain point.

  5. Schedules meeting with new prospects for a salesperson to carry on with sales explanation.

  6. Keeps management updated with activities, reviews, feedbacks, analysis, and results report by submitting daily call reports, weekly and monthly work strategic plans, and monthly and yearly territory analyses.

Job Requirements & Skills

  1. No working experience is needed.

  2. Fluent in either English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate using Cantonese and Tamil will be an added advantage.

  3. Good in communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skill.

  4. Responsible, independent, team player, and have a strong desire to earn a higher income.
